I just did a survey of the people on my mailing list and the results were outstanding. I can’t tell you how much I learned and how much I appreciate everyone who shared their feedback with me.
I’ll be sharing more about the survey results very soon, as well as some valuable free information to help you solve the challenges you told me you are facing with your business. So keep an eye out!
One of the questions I asked was, “If you could have a private conversation with me about your business, what would you want to ask me?”. I got hundreds of responses! Over the coming months, I will be answering these questions for you. I may post the response on my blog, do a quick video or audio, or post on my Facebook wall.
To get the ball rolling, I have selected a question and created a quick audio reply for you. I would love to hear your feedback and suggestions on what I share. Please leave your comments below. Thanks!
Question: “How do you stay consistent, yet fresh?”
Elizabeth says
Hi Cindy, I clicked on the audio above. After less than a minute it showed 4:14 mins and had no sound.
Sorry, would loved to have heard your answer to the question, very good one.
Cindy says
Hi Elizabeth – It played all the way through for me. Can you please try refreshing the page and let me know if that works for you. Thanks!

Hey Cindy, I love what your doing with these questions. Thanks for the tips. I like the idea of switching up a bit. I’m actually now doing something totally different. I’m posting on other peoples blogs within my niche. Again thanks a lot for doing this. Lorraine
PS I had no problem playing the audio!

Hi Lorraine – that’s a great idea. Doing guest blog posts for people within your niche. Here’s another one – see who will host you to do an expert interview.

Hi Cindy
I was especially interested in the last of your three suggestons – following your client along their journey and creating solutions for what may challenge them next. It has set me thinking about how this may work in my business, and keen to get lots more clients so I can see how it works in reality!
Thanks
Cindy says
Sally, you’re so right that you’ll discover those emerging needs as you work with your clients. And I like that you’re thinking ahead to what those emerging needs will be. It will help you better understand your ideal client, and sell a coaching package that is more comprehensive.

Hi Cindy – Thanks for the great – and realistic – tips. My theme for 2012 is Focus, Finish and Follow Up. Your advice and the things you do are great examples of following up. It’s just the inspiration I need.
Cindy says
I love it Sue. You raise a great point – following up is so important and yet we often drop the ball on things – I know I’ve been guilty of that. The more you can create systems, the easier it will be to achieve all of that. Thanks for sharing!

Cindy says
Thank you Isla! Yes, that is an important one. We have to keep our eyes open to identify what that journey is and how we can best help our clients as they move along that path.
