If you’ve ever done a webinar you know that most people who register don’t attend.
You work hard on your webinar and want to do everything possible to increase attendance.
So when I did my live webinar earlier this week I decided to test an idea I learned from one of my mastermind friends. It’s simple and easy to do.
Here’s what I did.
And here’s the link to the webinar I did. You’ll see how I used this strategy in my webinar. And you’ll learn about how to enroll your ideal clients with marketing that’s true to you.

He there, it’s Cindy Schulson. If you’ve ever done a webinar, you know that there’s not everybody who registers shows up and you work really hard on your webinar so you want to make sure that you’re doing everything possible to increase the attendance rate.
I did a webinar last week and I had learned about this idea from one of my Mastermind buddies and I tried it, it worked well, so I wanted to share it with you. All right, so here’s what I did. So you have your webinar registration page and then after they opt in they get taken to a thank you page and on the thank you page, you know, you say, okay, great, you’re all set.
Check your email with all the details and take a minute, if you would, and answer these few quick questions and I will be able to use your feedback to tailor the webinar to best meet your needs. And I’ll share the survey findings on the webinar with you.
Let’s break that down. What you’re doing is you’re getting their feedback on their specific challenges and you’re going to make sure that the webinar content really addresses their needs. This gives people reassurance that their time is going to be well spent, that the information you share is going to be relevant to them.
The second thing is that you’re letting them know, hey, I’m going to share the survey findings with you and we are curious creatures, right? We want to close the loop. We want to discover, hey, what are the findings? What are other people struggling with? So we want to have that closed loop. It’s going to increase our desire to attend the Webinar to discover what the findings of the survey are.
It’s a simple strategy and it really can help increase your webinar attendance rates. I encourage you to try it. We always have to try new things in our marketing. You know, try new things that feel like they serve your ideal clients. This definitely does because you’re tailoring your content to really address their needs, and it can be a great way for you to increase the attendance rate at your webinar.
And by the way, if you want to see the webinar that I did and discover the survey findings (see what I did there) here’s the link. I definitely encourage you to check out the webinar. It was really good. It was all about how to enroll your ideal clients with marketing that’s true to you. So check it out and I hope this has been helpful. Take care. Talk soon.
